Schenker will discontinue Schenker Parcel International on October 31, 2026. To keep your international parcel shipping, you must switch to the DSV services described in this article.
Important
After October 31, 2026, nShift TMS will no longer support booking with Schenker Parcel International, and DSV will no longer accept shipments under this service. Complete your migration before this date to avoid disruption to your international shipment bookings.
Key concepts
DSV Parcel Business International — Replaces Parcel International. Use this service for business deliveries to Europe and the world.
DSV Parcel Home International — Replaces Parcel International with home delivery. Home delivery was previously not available in nShift TMS. Use this service for home deliveries.
Before you begin
nShift has already activated both services on your account and created the DSV Road SE API transport agreement with all necessary details, including your account-specific UNB address.
Create consignment templates
Update your current templates or create new ones with the DSV transport services. You can copy an existing template and update it, or create a new template from scratch.
Copy an existing template
- Go to Consignment Templates.
- Search for your current Schenker template using the search field.
- Click Copy.
- Click Confirm.
- Click Edit next to the new template.
- Scroll down and change the transport service to DSV Parcel Business International or DSV Parcel Home International.
- Click Save.
Create a new template
- Go to Consignment Templates.
- Click New template.
- Select DSV Road SE API as the product.
- Enter the remaining template details.
- Click Save.
For more information on how to create templates, see Creating templates.
Configure regular pickup (if needed)
If you're using regular or scheduled pickup and don't want pickup requests to be sent, you must activate Regular Pickup in the DSV Road SE API transport agreement.
- Go to Transport Agreements
- Click DSV Road SE API
- Find the Regular Pickup setting
- Activate it
- Click Save
Update product codes in your integration
If you have an integration with nShift and use specific product codes in your input data, update your integration to reference the new transport products. If you reference a template instead, change only the transport product in the template. No integration changes are required in that case.
New product codes
| Transport service | New product code |
|---|---|
| DSV Parcel Business International | dsvparbusiintapi |
| DSV Parcel Home International | dsvparhomeintapi |
Next step
Your existing Schenker template will most likely remain in use for domestic parcel and pallet shipments. Keep it alongside the new templates for international bookings.
If the new services aren’t available on your account or you have any questions, contact your nShift Support.
